We are a small group of experienced and dedicated therapists that have been serving the Fredericksburg community and beyond both in person in our South Stafford office as well as statewide via telehealth since pre-pandemic.  We specialize in a number of treatment modalities including CBT, ACT, and EMDR.  We are trauma informed and trained and we treat a number of life problems including depression, anxiety, PTSD, CPTSD, attachment wounding, serious mental illness, parenting issues, women’s issues, postpartum depression, adoption issues, and individual having difficulty coping with significant life stress.  We take an individualized, hands on approach from the first time you reach out until you become an established patient and beyond so that you can get better and feel relief fast.  We know that making the decision to begin therapy can be a hard one and a big step.  We want to make you feel as safe and comfortable as possible and make you feel taken care of all the way through the process.  We see ages 11+ and accept all varieties of health insurance as well as self-pay.  We anticipate accepting all six types of Virginia Medicaid very soon as well as Medicare.
