DESCRIPTION:Each year\, the Lowery Family honors Jake’s memory by hosting a free community family-fun event with a food truck\, a 50/50 raffle\, and a raffle for prizes. Also offered are resources encouraging open discussions about suicide and the need to create safe spaces to ask for help – no one should suffer in silence.  \nFurthering these goals\, the Lowery Family donates all event proceeds to the nonprofit Mental Health America of Fredericksburg’s Suicide Prevention Programs\, supporting local teens.
