The Youth First partnership, consisting of representatives from the City of Fredericksburg, Stafford and Spotsylvania Counties, the Office on Youth, and the Rappahannock United Way organizes Youth First to bring our local youth serving agencies and workers together.

Our mission is “To build a stronger community by promoting collaboration among youth serving agencies.” We have a common vision to provide an annual venue to share resources and idea, and to promote communication and collaboration between agencies.
